Poor Video Quality
After i installed PCTV software, video quality was poor. This is fixed by install proper driver for video card. Mostly CD provided with month board will have driver for video card.
Install On Linux
I got TV Tunner card working by installing tvtime. Then need to scan channels.
On ubuntu, all channels have lost its colors. Also no sound. I see a post at

That shows a say to get sound working.
