PCTV no sound in linux
Install On Linux
I got TV Tunner card working by installing tvtime. Then need to scan channels.
On ubuntu, all channels have lost its colors. Also no sound. I see a post at

That shows a say to get sound working.

One way is to connect the audio output from your TV card to an audio input on your sound card.
Something that took me FOREVER to figure out is that the card in question outputs the sound with a bitrate different than 44.1.
See the frequently asked question about playing on two cards at the same time.
Truth be told,I got it to work, but have now gone to digital rather than analogue. It never was quite right.
